The Little Theatre of Walla Walla is a 501(c)(3), volunteer-driven organization. Our Board of Directors is comprised of twelve elected and two appointed members from our community. The Board of Directors and the Executive Director function as a team in the overall operation of the theatre. Finance Committee (formally the Board of Trustees)
The Finance Committee is a standing committee which includes both Board and non-Board members, and
is thus an advisory committee under the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act. Its purpose is to steward the financial resources of the Little Theatre of Walla Walla. The Finance Committee is charged with providing recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the management of the organization’s financial investments, including the Endowment Fund, Designated Assets and Undesignated or Unrestricted Assets. In addition, the Committee will formulate an annual budget for the consideration of
the Board of Directors, and offer recommendations on other financial matters.
