Parking
The gravel parking lot along the north and west sides of the building is available to guests. During each performance, cones mark the fire lane, reserved cast-and-crew spaces, and neighboring driveway entrances. Do not park in coned or restricted areas; vehicles may be towed. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Once the parking lot is full, street parking is available along Sumach Street. Please do not block our neighbors’ driveways. If you park along Melrose Street, make sure you park on the correct side of the street.
Please review the parking map provided. Patrons are responsible for any incurred parking violations and any damage caused.
The premises are monitored by security cameras and an alarm system.

Our designated accessible parking space is on the north side of the building, near the ramp leading to the auditorium entrance.
Accessible Auditorium Entrance and Seating
The accessible auditorium entrance generally opens about 30 minutes before curtain time, after the Stage Manager confirms that the auditorium is ready. Designated accessible and companion seating is available at the ends of Rows B and C.
Row B includes the designated wheelchair space.
Row C includes a swing-away seat. Its end support opens to make transferring from a wheelchair or walker easier.
The seat next to each accessible space is designated as a companion seat.

The Little Theatre occupies a historic building with multiple levels. Accessible entry and seating are available on the auditorium level; however, all restrooms are downstairs. There is no ramp or wheelchair-accessible route to the restroom level, and the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Patrons who may need assistance are encouraged to contact the Box Office before their visit so we can discuss available accommodations.
Guests using canes or walkers may use either entrance. Auditorium aisles are generally 30 to 35 inches wide; the aisle at Row B is narrower than 30 inches. During performances, walkers will be stored along the ramp nearest the patron’s seat. Volunteer ushers can assist patrons to their seats before the performance and return their walkers afterward.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for checkout from the Box Office at each performance. The sound technician checks each receiver and its battery before every performance and cleans each device after the show. Devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons must leave an identification card or debit card with the attendant while using a device; the card will be returned when the device is returned after the performance.
