Executive Director — Little Theatre of Walla Walla

The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic, community-minded Executive Director to lead LTWW into its next chapter. You’ll blend fundraising, strategic leadership, and community engagement in a role where your work directly sustains a beloved local institution. You'll partner closely with our Board, staff, and volunteers to keep LTWW thriving artistically and financially.
What You'll Do
Fundraising & Development: Lead donor cultivation, grant writing, sponsorships, and fundraising events; serve as the primary contact for funding partners.
Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Board on long-term vision, annual goals, and our 5-year strategic planning cycle.
Community Ambassadorship: Represent LTWW publicly, build partnerships with schools and local organizations, and oversee website and social media.
Financial Stewardship: Work with the Finance Committee and bookkeeper/CPA to manage the budget and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Operations: Provide day-to-day leadership of theatre operations, supervising staff, and contractors.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Highly organized
Able to work independently — a self-starter
Demonstrated fundraising ability
Strong administrative skills
Excellent people skills
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Preferred:
Grant writing experience
Nonprofit organization and leadership experience
QuickBooks and Google Drive proficiency and adaptability to nonprofit software systems
Compensation
Up to $37.50 an hour plus health benefits
